Look in any town and you will see that almost every business in the same profession, does the same few things to market their services! This means they totally fail to differentiate themselves in the mind of potential clients. The potential client then only has the price or fee as a way to determine whether they are getting value or not.
For example
If three equally qualified accountancy firms quote for your work and on paper, they all look the same, their fee becomes the only obvious way for you to make a decision. Unless a business learns how to differentiate itself it will ALWAYS have to sell based on its prices or fees - that’s NOT a good idea!

If you are tired of seeing every penny you spend on marketing, cancelled out by your competitors marketing - here’s something to consider. Take a look outside your industry or profession and see what other industries do in order to market their services! A marketing idea that is common in one industry can be as rare as hen’s teeth in another. If you can apply or adapt and then apply, a rare marketing strategy or technique to your business, you can often achieve more sales, faster and for a better price than ever before.
Avoid being caught in the ’same, same, same’ loop
Make sure you don’t fall into the trap of marketing the same kind of service as your competitors, to the same potential clients, with the same kind of sales message.
