Obviously, your future clients are currently buying from someone else. This means you can quickly, massively increase your sales, by finding out what your competitors are offering and then BEATING IT! All that then remains is to make sure you let your future clients know how great your service is.
Marketing by itself is not enough!
Business owners often think that sales success is all about great marketing and hard work; but that’s only half the story! No matter how good you are at getting a great marketing message in front of someone, the message MUST be offering them a significant improvement over whatever they currently use. If not, why would they go through the hassle of changing from one supplier to another?
NEVER ‘just assume’ anything!
One of the most common errors I have witnessed, having; trained, coached or mentored more than forty thousand businesspeople, is that they ‘just assume’ their product or service is great or competitive. In most cases (as the law of averages will confirm) this is simply not the case.
Most businesses offer at best, an average service in comparison with their competitors. The problem, is that they then market this ‘average’ service as if it were so attractive and compelling that potential clients will go crazy about it when they read their ads and their mailshots etc.
The mailings and advertisements go out and guess what - nothing happens!
